This page is run for Don Alfonso 1890, a Liberty Entertainment Group restaurant, 1 Harbour Square, 38th Floor, Toronto, ON M5J 1A6. It explains what the page records when you visit, why, and how to say no.
What the page records
- Cookies and similar tools record how the page is used: the pages you open and the buttons you tap.
- If you arrive from an ad, the ad click id that Google adds to the page address, so we can tell which ads lead to bookings and calls.
- That a booking was made through the booking box, with its confirmation number, and that a Call button was tapped.
- That an event enquiry was sent, with its Tripleseat reference number.
The booking box and the enquiry form ask for your details. Below is where each one goes.
The services involved
- Google Tag Manager, which loads the measurement tools below.
- Google Analytics, for visits and taps.
- Google Ads, to measure which ads lead to bookings, calls and event enquiries.
- OpenTable, when you book: the details you enter in the booking box go to OpenTable and the restaurant, under OpenTable's privacy policy.
- Tripleseat, when you send an event enquiry: the events booking system we use, which receives and stores your enquiry for us as our service provider (below).
- Google reCAPTCHA, on the enquiry form, to check that a person, not a program, is sending it (below).
How Google uses this information: policies.google.com.
If you send an event enquiry
What you give us. Your name, email address and phone number, your company, and your event details: date, times, number of guests, the kind of event, your notes and how you heard about us. If you tick the newsletter box, we also record that choice.
Why. To reply to your enquiry, plan and quote your event, and follow up with you about it. We send news and offers by email only if you tick the newsletter box.
Who receives it. Don Alfonso 1890 and its events team at Liberty Entertainment Group. Tripleseat, the events booking system we use, receives and stores your enquiry for us as our service provider. Tripleseat is based in the United States, so your details may be stored and processed there, where courts and authorities may be able to see them under US law. Tripleseat's privacy policy
Spam check. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to check that a person, not a program, is sending it. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and browser and may use Google cookies. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
What we measure. If you came from an ad, the ad's click id and campaign tags from the page address are saved with your enquiry, so we can tell which ads lead to events. When the form is sent, the page tells Google Analytics and Google Ads that an enquiry was sent, with its Tripleseat reference number. Your name, email, phone number and event details are never sent to Google.
Your choices. You can call our events team on 416-214-5888 instead of using the form. You can ask to see, correct or delete your enquiry, or stop our emails, at any time: call that number or write to Don Alfonso 1890, 1 Harbour Square, 38th Floor, Toronto, ON M5J 1A6. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
Concerns. If we have not resolved a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
How to say no
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Turn off personalised ads in My Ad Center.
- Stop Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
